Welltel is seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our Behavioral Health Program for telehealth-based therapy in an office setting. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and offers a salary between $70,000 and $75,000 per year.

You will provide therapy to FQHC patients, complete assessments, and help shape program protocols while collaborating with leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in New York State.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong basic tech skills: comfortable with email, video calls, and electronic records.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms.
• Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services.
• Understanding of FQHC patient populations and their needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy to FQHC patients by telehealth (in office).
• Do patient assessments and ongoing therapy sessions.
• Help build program protocols, screening steps, and workflows.
• Work with the care team to find patients who need behavioral health support.
• Keep clear, timely notes in our electronic systems.
