About the Role

We are seeking motivated associate-level clinical therapists (LMSW) based in New Mexico to join our growing behavioral health team. This opportunity is ideal for pre-licensed or associate-licensed clinicians looking to gain supervised experience while providing quality mental health care in a flexible remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and initial clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients.
• Facilitate family and couples counseling sessions as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to support positive client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active associate-level clinical license in New Mexico, such as:
• LMSW
• License must be current and in good standing.

Compensation Options

Option 1: Fee-Per-Session Model

• Intake / Evaluation (60 minutes): $50
• Individual Therapy (40 minutes): $40
• Brief Therapy (20 minutes): $30
• Family/Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $50

Schedule & Flexibility

• Flexible scheduling available 7 days a week.
• Service hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week.
