Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Mexico for a fully remote, full-time therapy role.

You will provide teletherapy to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and life changes, guiding care from first appointment through ongoing follow-up. The position requires an active NM LCSW license, an MSW degree, at least two years of field experience, and comfort working independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments.

Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000 per year + Benefits

We are looking for a New Mexico-licensed LCSW to provide therapy in a fully remote setting. The position involves working with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, family concerns, or major life changes. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, you will use your clinical experience to understand each case, determine what support is appropriate, and manage care from the first appointment through ongoing follow-up.
