All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

Schedule: 5x8s- Primarily Mon-Frid, but must be willing to cover some weekends
Holidays: Expectation is to work 1 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
