Qualifications
- Licensed Master HVAC technician
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential properties
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork and equipment setup
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Repair refrigeration units, boilers and air conditioning systems
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents
- Utilize hand tools and perform component replacements
- Explain system functions and maintenance recommendations to customers
