Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of HVAC level operation, maintenance & repair experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, installation and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot equipment and controls for safe operation and lifecycle performance.
• Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearings, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Record and report faults, deficiencies, and time/materials on work orders.
• Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and related controls.
• Install auxiliary components following blueprints and assist repair teams.
