Job Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke massage and body therapies tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Perform treatments from the spa menu to offer holistic, therapeutic experiences.
• Maintain a pristine, tranquil treatment environment and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with linen folding, room prep, and restocking supplies.
• Track product and inventory levels; report shortages.
• Stay updated on wellness trends and refine techniques.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and aftercare, promoting retail offerings.
• Support spa events and initiatives with the spa team.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide and state health and safety standards.
• Provide flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Offer additional support to Spa Attendant and Concierge as needed.
