Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot all massage equipment.
• Perform all massages and body treatments per spa protocol.
• Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the spa.
• Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized.
• Keep spa locker area clean and stocked.
• Keep Tranquility room clean and presentable.
• Keep supply room clean and organized.
• Stock towels at the fitness center when needed.
• Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an esthetics school.
• Experience: At least 2 years in the salon/spa resort industry.
• Licenses or certificates: Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Florida.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑starting.
  • Strong customer‑service focus.

Compensation

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
