Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base‑pay with commissions for massage sessions, request bonuses and tips (suggested tip for 50‑minute massage $30 + 80‑minute massage $40). Structural: W‑2 employee status. Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.).
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Full and Part‑Time positions available.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy that possess the right qualities, as well as demonstrate innate talent for, and understanding of, therapeutic massage.

Requirements

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• License/certification required in California. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week (availability for at least one PM + one weekend shift; Saturday or Sunday).
• Physical demands of the job include: Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length, varying day to day, and requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
