Job summary

Massage Heights Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated massage therapist to provide customized services and promote the therapeutic benefits of massage. The ideal candidate will hold a current state license and have a customer service orientation to effectively communicate with guests.

This role offers a flexible schedule with competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities include building client relationships and educating guests about various services.

Responsibilities

• Combine skills and techniques with our modalities to provide customized service tailored to each guest.
• Perform and recommend protocols and Elevations with consistency and compliance with brand standards.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Build relationships with clientele to help them meet their self-care goals.
• Confidently and knowledgeably educate guests about services, products, and programs.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
• Capable of performing or learning deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities.
• Be guest service‑oriented and communicate effectively with guests.
• Availability to work certain nights and weekends (busiest times).
• Pass background check.

Compensation

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
