Viva Day Spa is opening a new location in Atlanta, Georgia in January 2027. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional massages that meet Viva standards and to help guests feel their best.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum 6 months professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques.

We’re honored that Natural Body founder Cici Coffee personally selected Viva to carry forward the legacy of this beloved Atlanta spa brand, built over more than 37 years. Morningside will be the first Natural Body location to become Viva Day Spa + Med Spa, with additional Atlanta locations to follow.

The Role

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll help guests feel better inside and out through exceptional therapeutic and relaxation‑focused massage experiences.

You will combine technical expertise, intuition, and genuine care to create personalized treatments that support guest wellness while delivering the hospitality and professionalism that define the Viva experience.

What You’ll Own

• Deliver exceptional massage services that meet Viva standards

• Educate guests on treatment recommendations and wellness practices
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation; uphold sanitation & safety standards
• Contribute to retention, rebooking, and guest satisfaction goals
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture

Technical Qualifications

• Active Georgia Massage Therapy License
• Minimum 6 months of professional massage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Luxury spa, hospitality, wellness, or resort experience preferred
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive massage movements safely and effectively
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 pounds
