Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team at Holloman AFB, NM to support aircrew performance and recovery under the CRAFT program.

As an LMT, you will deliver therapeutic massage, collaborate with the Human Performance team, and ensure infection control and DoD compliance.

Qualifications include a licensed NM massage therapist, 2+ years in relevant high-performance environments, CPR/AED, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the service area.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current (or ability to obtain) Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team.

Location: Holloman AFB, NM

Job Description:

Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT in the CRAFT program, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
