Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This part-time role is expected to work 4 hours per day on two days per week, providing critical soft tissue therapy to aircrew.

You will collaborate with Human Performance professionals, document treatments, maintain infection control, and support injury prevention programs. Requires state license, CPR/AED, and ability to obtain Tier 1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years in medical/clinical or high-performance environments.
• State massage therapy license in the service state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to obtain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a part‑time position expected to work (4 hours / day x 2 days / week).

Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey

Job Description:

Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
