Job summary

LMR Technical Group in Atlantic City, New Jersey, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist for a part-time role (~4 hours/day, 4 days/week). The position focuses on soft tissue therapy to support aircrew performance and recovery and collaborates with the Human Performance team.

You will deliver massage, assist in injury prevention and rehab, document treatments, and ensure infection control. Must hold a valid state license, CPR/AED, and be eligible for Tier 1 security clearance; US work

Qualifications

• : Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• : 2+ years of experience in medical/clinical or sport/tactical/high-performance environments.
• : State massage therapy license in the service delivery state.
• : Current CPR and AED certification.
• : Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
• : Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

This is a part-time position expected to work (4 hours / day x 4 days / week).

Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey

Job Description:

Provide critical soft tissue therapy services to enhance aircrew performance and recovery. As an LMT, you will work closely with other Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care to enhance pilot readiness. The LMT utilizes best practices in soft tissue treatment modalities to provide individualized care to aircrew personnel while ensuring infection control and adherence to DoD policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state where service delivery will occur.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
