Job summary

The Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join the Wellness Suite at the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion in Evanston, IL. The role requires professional licensing, national certification, and at least one year of massage experience.

As an independent contractor, you will provide expert massage services in a safe, client-focused environment, with afternoon/evening availability and adherence to Illinois requirements.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal, communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Must hold a current Illinois massage therapy license and a national certification.
• At least one year of professional massage experience is required.
• Also maintain current professional liability insurance coverage.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment

• Perform massage techniques based on client needs, preferences, and wellness goals

Duties and Responsibilities
