Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other modalities.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
• Assist with front‑desk duties including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries via social media management tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and ensure all equipment is sanitized after each use.

Experience
