Job summary

Spavia Chimney Rock in Bound Brook area is seeking licensed massage therapists for part-time and full-time positions. You will provide customized massages across Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone and prenatal modalities, while delivering outstanding guest service and building relationships through our membership model.

Job Description

Spavia Chimney Rock is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Transparent Pay Structure

Based on experience:

• Signature/Relaxation Massage (60 min): $52–$56
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone (60 min): $57–$61
• Extended Modalities (80–100 min): $63–$80
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapist gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5–6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages
