Job Description

Spavia Chimney Rock is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

Transparent Pay Structure

Based on experience:

• Signature Facial (50 min): $52–$56 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation (40–60 min): $57–$61
• Upgraded Treatments (70 min): $62–$66
• Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
• Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5–6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials
