This all-in-one destination combines professional beautification services with a much-needed break from daily responsibilities. Role Description This part-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role is based at Mom's Oasis in American Fork, UT. The therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage services tailored to the needs of women seeking stress relief and self-care. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, performing a variety of massage techniques, maintaining a clean and calming treatment space, and supporting overall guest comfort and safety. The role also involves collaborating with other team members, managing appointment schedules, and delivering professional, courteous service that aligns with Mom's Oasis standards. Flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays or weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques.
• Knowledge and practical experience with swedish, deep tissue and other complementary massage modalities.
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Ability to support Stress Management through massage and relaxation-focused services.
• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Utah and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Though not required, experience working in spa, wellness, or similar environments is preferred.
