• Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout each session
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical or physiological information
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical personnel when necessary to support comprehensive patient care

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in CPR
• Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on patient service and client communication
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to pain management and occupational health
• Hands‑on experience with a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans
• Prior work experience in medical spas or wellness centers is advantageous but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and improved physical health
