Role Description

The Licensed Massage Therapist is a part-time, on-site role based at Five Wellbeing Spa in Littleton, CO. This team member provides high-quality therapeutic bodywork, including customized massages to support guests’ relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, delivering safe and effective treatments aligned with spa protocols, maintaining treatment rooms, and upholding hygiene and sanitation standards. The role involves building trusting client relationships, educating guests on self-care practices, and collaborating with other spa professionals to create integrated wellness experiences. The therapist also supports overall guest service by assisting with scheduling, recommending services and enhancements, and contributing to a calm, welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong therapeutic skills in Body Massage and Therapeutic Massage.


• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Stress Management to support a positive guest experience.


• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Colorado and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.


• Ability to perform massages for varying durations, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt treatments to individual needs.


• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working within a spa team environment.


• Experience in spa or wellness settings is beneficial; familiarity with holistic or integrative wellbeing practices is a plus.


• Willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on spa and client scheduling needs.
