Job summary

Brave Health is recruiting full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient telehealth therapy across the United States. This role requires an active LMFT/LPC/LCSW license and the ability to work remotely from home.

The compensation package includes a base salary with potential bonuses, liability insurance, and an annual stipend for professional growth. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, and the organization serves Medicaid and Medicare populations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field and active LMFT/LPC/LCSW license.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; no visa sponsorship currently required.
• Experience with telehealth and HIPAA privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth to a diverse patient population.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and case notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care.
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday EST schedule and professional standards.

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

• $70k-$78k PLUS up to $100k earning potential

• Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)
• We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan

Schedule

• Monday - Friday schedule
• Shift options:
• 9am - 6pm EST
• 10am - 7pm EST
• 11am - 8pm EST

plus 1 hour lunch, No weekends!

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
• Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
