Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full‑time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient telehealth services. The role supports a Monday–Friday EST schedule with options like 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm. Competitive base pay of $80k–$89k with total earnings up to $100k including bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Role requires a Master’s degree, licensure, and LMHC-D/LMFT-D privileges to practice in the United States. Bilingual Spanish helps, and a privacy‑conscious home workspace is required.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• LMHC-D / LMFT-D required to apply.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Private home workspace for HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

We are looking for full‑time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

Benefits

• W2, Full-time
• $80k-$89k base salary; total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling 100k annually for top earners.
• Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure
• All LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) to apply
• Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
