Chapa-De Indian Health seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist (LMFT) to provide integrated behavioral health care alongside primary care in a collaborative team in California.

You will conduct patient evaluations, triage, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and care coordination to support whole-person wellness for adults, families, and children.

Formación

• Licensed LMFT with state certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Behavioral Health Program.
• Clinical experience working with adults, families and children.

• Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, collaborate with primary care providers and assist with program development.

Salary:

$80,200 - $100,000 full time annual salary.

What You'll Do:

What You'll bring:

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a Behavioral Health Program.
• Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families and children.
• BLS certification.
