Job summary

Chapa-De Health Services in California is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist (LMFT) to provide integrated behavioral health care alongside primary care providers. The role includes crisis intervention, initial evaluations, triage, and brief counseling in a collaborative, community-centered setting.

Required licensure as an LMFT, at least 3 years in a behavioral health program, experience with adults, families and children, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with active license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Behavioral Health Program.
• Clinical experience with adults, families and children.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care providers and assist with program development.

Salary:

$80,200 - $100,000 full time annual salary.

What You'll Do:
