Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health in Auburn, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist (LMFT) to provide integrated behavioral health care alongside primary care providers in a collaborative, whole-person wellness model.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation for eligible new hires, a salary range of $80,200 to $100,000 for full-time work, and strong benefits including employer-paid health coverage, PTO and retirement plan. Clinical experience with adults, families and children is preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification.
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a Behavioral Health Program.
• Clinical experience working with adults, families and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and work with primary care providers to assist with program development.

What You'll Do:
