Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW) to provide integrated behavioral health care alongside primary care teams in a community outpatient setting. You will contribute to whole-person wellness within a collaborative environment.

The role requires at least three years in behavioral health, licensing as an LCSW, and a passion for serving diverse Auburn/Grass Valley communities in California. We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Behavioral Health Program.

Salary:

$91,400- $106,050 full time annual salary.

What You’ll Do:
