Part-Time Remote Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) – Join Our Multidisciplinary Team!

Are you passionate about supporting children, couples, and families through life’s challenges? Join Cortica, where we provide life-changing, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and developmental differences.

This part-time, remote role is perfect for a licensed therapist who values collaboration, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact. Work 3 to 5 evenings per week (within the window of 2–7 PM) with a team that supports holistic, strengths-based care.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
2. Use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care.

Who You Are:

1. A licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts (or willing to get licensed before starting).
