We are seeking passionate, skilled clinicians committed to providing excellent care and making a difference in mental health services. We support your growth, offer flexible schedules, and handle administrative tasks through our support team, so you can focus on your patients.
Our compensation includes a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 annually, 401K with matching, paid vacation and sick leave, administrative support, supervision, and more. Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, diagnosing, creating and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a team, and maintaining documentation according to company policies. Full-time clinicians should maintain at least 32 hours of patient care weekly.
Qualifications include a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, an active unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), experience with electronic health records, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred qualifications include experience in community or private practice, insurance credentialing, and bilingual skills.
