Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

Our compensation includes a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 annually, 401K with matching, paid vacation and sick leave, administrative support, supervision, and more. We value creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, and dedication in our team. Whether telehealth or onsite, we support your professional development and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, diagnosing, creating and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a team, and maintaining documentation according to company policies. Full-time clinicians should maintain at least 32 hours of patient care weekly.

Qualifications include a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields, an active unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT), experience with electronic health records, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Preferred qualifications include experience in community or private practice, insurance credentialing, and bilingual skills.
