Are you passionate about working with seniors, individuals with medical conditions, or those with intellectual disabilities? We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our WISE program, which provides mental health services to these communities and their families/caregivers. We seek a skilled, ethical, licensed marriage and family therapist with expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and documentation. This role offers flexibility to work in clients' homes (wherever they reside) on your own schedule, delivering care that significantly enhances their quality of life while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - In-home (non-crisis)

Part-Time Fee for Service (Minimum 10 clinical hours weekly)
Active LMFT licensure in Connecticut
Eligible for: $1,000 sign-on bonus*
Fully licensed clinicians - $60 compensation rate per clinical session

Our group practice comprises licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCA, LMSW, MFTA, APRN, PMHNP) who provide an array of counseling services and individual medication management. We also deliver telehealth services state-wide and in-home mental health therapy to specific areas.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists can provide in-home, non-crisis outpatient mental health counseling to clients of our WISE program, designed to service seniors, medically compromised and intellectually disabled communities, and/or their families/caregivers. LMFTs have the autonomy to manage their own schedules, allowing them to set appointment times and arrange their work hours based on client needs and personal preferences. This includes the ability to work evenings or weekends if desired, though not required. We support a healthy work-life balance and encourage LMFTs to design a schedule that fits their lifestyle while ensuring client needs are met.
Note: WISE Program Clinicians are not on call and are not case managers. This is a clinical role, and we can connect resources as needed.
Under the direction of a senior member of our Clinical Team, you will:
Sign-on Bonus: You will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing six months of employment, provided you maintain the required 40 clinical hours monthly.
