Responsibilities include:

• Assessing mental health, diagnosing, creating and implementing treatment plans, documentation
• Providing excellent client care and collaborating with a team
• Using creative interventions to meet client goals
• Maintaining session documentation
• For full-time clinicians, maintaining at least 32 hours/week of patient care
• Coordinating with other providers and stakeholders
• Attending staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with electronic health records
• Effective communication skills
• Collaborative and creative work approach
• Ability to work with diverse client issues
• Pass background check
• Maintain professional boundaries

Valuable but not essential:

• Experience in community, group, or private practice
