As a Manager (once necessary licenses are achieved you will be considered for the leadership role of Managing Partner) with Modern Woodmen of America, you will be part of a dynamic team that values growth, leadership, and community engagement. Jim Ed Pogue, Regional Director: Originally from Quad Cities, now residing in Colorado for a couple of years. Known for his ability to enhance and improve situations. Married for 19 years with three children. Climbed the ranks within the company to reach the top position. Committed to making positive changes, both personally and professionally.

Jacob Plowman: Regional Recruiter, focused on talent acquisition. Originally from California, moved to Colorado after college. Enthusiastic about skiing, hiking, backpacking, and the outdoors. Contributed for 1.5 years. Passionate about connecting with individuals and fostering talent within the organization.

Ely Lambert: Financial Representative and Business Mentor. Originally from Illinois, served as a pastor before joining MWA. Moved to the Midwest as a Managing Partner before relocating with RD Jim Ed to build the business. Brings 11 years of experience. Dedicated to helping people achieve financial security and success.

Coleen Faris: Resides in Pueblo, Colorado. Known for kindness and support, especially towards new representatives. Advocates for the Fraternal concept and community engagement. Enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and volunteering in the Pueblo community and at her church.

Tyler Clark: Managing Partner. Formerly a financial services representative for 3 years and client services for 5 years. Contributed for 6 months. Enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golf, outdoors activities, and being on the lake.

Mandi Tracey: Financial Representative. Transitioned from the casino industry to financial services, focusing on retirement. Contributed for 4 months. Enjoys outdoors, crafting, and traveling.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Wealth Manager, Financial Planner, or similar preferred.
Active Licenses/Certifications
  • State Life Insurance License
  • Active SIE Certification + 6, 63 or 7, 63 and the ability to quickly obtain 24 or 26
