About the Gig:
What does an Alliances Manager Do?

The Alliances Manager drives purposeful growth within the Salesforce ecosystem at Sercante. They are a bridge between Sercante and Salesforce, uncovering new partnership opportunities and credentializing Sercante as a leading Salesforce partner to Salesforce partner sales and sales leadership.

The Alliances Manager reports to the VP of Growth and Alliances.

A Day-in-the-Life:
  • Cultivate, maintain and grow alliance relationships and navigator partner status in North America and Europe, including building relationships with senior Salesforce partner sales stakeholders.
  • Partner with Salesforce Partner Account Managers and Partner Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities and target accounts ripe for expansion.
  • Align with the Growth team on annual and quarterly GTM strategies to communicate relevant offerings to the Salesforce channel.
  • Create a pipeline of leads from Salesforce to Sercante sales channels, supporting pipeline growth initiatives.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews with Delivery and Client Partnerships teams to uncover new lead ACV opportunities and log new leads in the Partner Portal.
  • Monitor Partner Portal to ensure Sercante is tagged to relevant opportunities and the sales team is aware of potential opportunities.
  • Promote Sercante offerings and accelerators to key Salesforce audiences to expand brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams at Salesforce events.
  • Create and present annual and quarterly plans to leadership within Sercante.
A Successful Alliances Manager will:
  • Maintain an ongoing pulse on Sercante Navigator status and ACV pipeline.
  • Communicate customer successes to Salesforce partner leadership.
  • Bring vision and execution to global alliances growth.
  • Manage Salesforce partnership metrics and data.
  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce partner sales to showcase Sercante at events and sponsorships.
  • Promote Sercante success stories within the Salesforce channel.
  • Meet lead and pipeline generation targets annually and quarterly.
  • Align with Sercante’s core values.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Travel up to 25%, mainly for conferences, events, and visiting major clients.
