Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient operations, and support associates and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region 50% or more to visit sites.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses and registrations.
• Participate in training to stay compliant with codes and standards.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required.

Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations

At Walmart, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.

Compensation

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Individual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
• Eligible for bonus incentives

Essential Functions

• Require approximately 50% or more travel within the region; maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.
• Participate in training programs to remain familiar with regulatory requirements, conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
• Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedule inspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes.

Hard Skill Sets Needed

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3‑5 years optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
