Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per physician orders within scope of practice.
• Admit, orient, and discharge residents per policy.
• Record care information accurately and document in the medical record.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional status daily.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in care conferences.
• Report significant changes to physicians and guardians.
