True Financial Lending in Minnesota seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer for our remote, inside-sales HQ in Southfield. You will close residential and/or commercial loans using live-transfer leads, focusing on closing rather than prospecting.

This full-time role offers uncapped OTE and multiple pay plans, with strong marketing support and direct transfers to your desk daily. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of origination experience, an active NMLS license, and proven success in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided – Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
