This full-time inside sales role concentrates on closing residential and commercial loans, not hunting for business, with live leads transferred to your desk daily.

Remote flexibility is available; you must hold an active NMLS license with 1–2 years of experience and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.

Our dedicated team of appointment setters transfers live leads directly to your desk daily.

This is a full-time, inside sales role requiring a proven track record of closing residential and/or commercial loans.
