Based at our HQ in Southfield with remote flexibility, the Mortgage Loan Officer will receive live transfers, evaluate borrower profiles, guide clients through applications, and collaborate with processing to close loans while delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
