Responsibilities

• Handle multiple lead sources including inbound, transfers, and outbound.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering excellent customer service.
