True Financial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for a fast-growing, remote, inside-sales role. You will close residential and commercial loans using warm live transfers and prescreened leads, with a flexible pay plan and aggressive OTE.

Join a high-energy team with marketing support and strong branding, designed to accelerate your pipeline while you build relationships with Realtors, Builders, Investors, and other referral sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - Inbound, transfers, outbound
• Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
