Job summary

True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters. This inside sales role focuses on closing loans with live leads provided by appointment setters and marketing support.

You will work from a home office with flexible remote options, earning uncapped commissions and competitive OTE. A proven track record in closing residential and/or commercial loans is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
