Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans including FHA, VA, and Conventional.

• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth processing.
• Attend networking events to build relationships and attract clients (Optional).

• Originate residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM product
• Manage client relationships from application to closing
• Advise borrowers on loan products that best fit their financial needs
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan processing
• Optional: Attend networking events to build relationships and attract new clients

Requirements:
