Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join the Bryan, OH office. You will support loan officers, processors, and customers to streamline loan closings and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, preparing disclosures, managing a diverse loan pipeline, and coordinating with title companies to schedule closings. This role operates in EST hours to support the East Coast region.

Qualifications

• NMLS License Required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred for internal and external customers.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Previous sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Review loan disclosures and deliver them to the borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages.
• Review documents and loan files to prevent problems and notify loan officers or processors.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information via phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/ processors.
• Support management in various lending and processing stages.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage loans.
• Deliver appraisals and property valuations to borrowers and obtain proof of receipt.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with customers for timely documentation.
• Facilitate timely loan closings with Title Company and customers.
