Position: Licensed Loan Officer (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, ideal for a loan officer who thrives on closing self-generated business and values the flexibility to work from anywhere.

While we offer leads to support your pipeline when needed, our ideal candidate is a proven originator who consistently brings in their own deals and can hit the ground running. You’ll be backed by a company that shares your values and provides a robust operational infrastructure to help you focus on what you do best—closing loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and close mortgage loans from self-sourced leads and referral partners
• Manage all aspects of the loan process from application through closing
• Provide personalized, faith-driven customer service that aligns with our mission
• Maintain compliance with all mortgage regulations and company policies
• Cultivate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Optionally utilize company-provided leads to supplement your pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven track record of self-sourced loan production with successful closings
• Licensed Loan Officer (NMLS) in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensing is a plus
• Experience in loan origination and knowledge of underwriting and lending guidelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations and industry standards
