Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer and in the Mortgage Industry
• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Active mortgage loan officer license
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
• Experience with various mortgage loan types and regulations
