The Juris Agency in California is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative to build a long-term, relationship-driven practice. You will review clients' protection and retirement needs, recommend Life Insurance solutions, and guide planning for their goals.

You’ll gain access to leads and office support, grow production by developing referral networks, and thrive in a consultative sales role that rewards initiative and persistent pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized with strong follow-through.
• Based in California; local to the San Jose area preferred.
• Willing to work from our San Jose office during regular business hours (preferred).
• For non-local candidates: ability to travel to the San Jose office at least every other month.

Responsibilities

• Generate new Life Insurance business through a combination of provided leads, outbound outreach, referrals, and personal networking.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend appropriate Life Insurance and related solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through application and placement.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to build and close opportunities.
• Meet individual production goals for Life Insurance.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through ongoing service and reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence to drive referrals.
• Stay organized and maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and agency events.
