The Juris Agency, a Farmers Insurance-affiliated agency, seeks an energetic sales professional in Los Angeles to build a long-term career with base pay, uncapped commissions, residual income and clear growth paths.

You’ll connect with leads, educate clients on Auto, Home, Life and Commercial coverages, identify needs, follow up and close deals to meet monthly targets. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, hands-on training, licensing assistance and team support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Goal-oriented in a performance-driven environment.
• Previous sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life license (licensing assistance)

Responsibilities

• Connecting with clients (leads provided + self-generated).
• Educating individuals and families on the right insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial).
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
• Following up with clients and closing sales with confidence.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
