Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for youth in a juvenile detention setting. Provide assessments, individual and group therapies, crisis response, and treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team.

This part-time role demands up to 30 hours/week with evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. Maryland licensure and 3+ years of pediatric/adolescent counseling are required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCADC) is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional counseling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 youth.
• Provide bi-weekly individual therapy, group therapy, and family engagement sessions (45–60 minutes).
• Facilitate weekly psychoeducational groups.
• Conduct mandated screenings, clinical assessments, and follow-up services.
• Provide crisis intervention and complete all required documentation.
• Complete daily clinical documentation in a timely manner.
