Qualifications

• 4 years in a DOL-accredited Apprentice Program.
• 4 years working as a Journeyman Plumber.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems in facilities and ensure work complies with laws and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, or models to plan work layouts and compute measurements.
• Review outside vendor work and manage punch lists.
• Analyze and solve complex building system problems, individually or in teams.
• Maintain logs and CMMS documentation, updating task statuses in real time.
