Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of training and work experience, including 4 years in a DOL-accredited Apprentice Program plus 4 years as a Journeyman Plumber.
• Valid Journeyman Plumbing license and proof of a valid RMP endorsement.
• Valid Class "C" driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, replacement, operation and renovation of plumbing equipment and facilities.
• Make decisions on normal and complex repairs and consult with the Operations Manager and upper management.
• Read blueprints, specifications or models; plan work layout and perform routine calculations.
• Review outside vendor projects and create punch lists.
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.
